So those of you that know me, know that I love doing intervals. Hard session, less time.
I did some 2min short intervals on Thursday. LT’s as most of us know it (Lactic Tolerance Intervals)
It all boils down to the same principal used in T-max intervals. Go google it. Very insane, lung hurting things.
A comparison of my 10 intervals. Pretty spot on consistent except for the last one which I did on a bit of a hill.
The watts are not looking too good but the weekend’s MTBing is still in the system.
